We hold yearly one-on-one reviews, but all associates are encouraged to approach their managers with issues or ideas whenever they need.
What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
This past year we rolled out a program in which all Baystate associates were able to post their own ideas on how to attract high-net-worth clients and prospects, which were then visible to all employees and individuals could vote on their peers’ ideas. The top three ideas are currently being rolled out for the upcoming quarter.
