Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Prior to the pandemic, BD offered a flexible work schedule for employees if needed. During COVID-19, more than 80% of our employees have been able to effectively work from home.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We have a mix of long and newer-tenured employees, which makes for a family environment. The team works collaboratively and is always focused on the patient. We pride ourselves on being inclusive, innovative and results driven.
