For Rhode Island car enthusiasts, finding a sanctuary for their prized vehicles has long been a challenge. That search now ends in Exeter, where the state’s newest luxury automotive storage facility, New England Auto Chateau, opened Nov. 8.
The venture is the result of more than two years of planning by co-owners Landon Kendricks and his father, Leroy. It’s a partnership rooted in family and a shared passion for cars.
The multimillion-dollar, climate-controlled and fully surveilled facility goes far beyond typical storage, Landon Kendricks said.
Each vehicle receives customized attention: batteries and tires are monitored, cars are detailed before every pickup and owners can customize storage programs to suit their needs.
“This isn’t just storage; it’s a full-service experience for car enthusiasts,” Kendricks said.
New England Auto Chateau relies on a network of local Rhode Island and Massachusetts businesses, including Auto Haus for detailing, and collaborates with Porsche Club and Porsche of Warwick for maintenance.
The facility’s hands-on, appointment-only approach allows clients to receive bespoke care, including monthly engine starts, tire management and curated storage plans.
