LINCOLN – Beta Group Inc. has relocated its corporate offices to 701 George Washington Highway in Lincoln and signed a long-term lease.
The building, owned by GWH Venture LLC, provides the engineering, planning and landscape architecture firm with a 30,000-square-foot space over two floors, including oversized windows and sweeping views of the Blackstone Valley.

The renovation was completed by O’Hearne Associates Architects in Burrillville. The general contractor was Deslandes Construction Inc. in Warwick.
Beta started in 1982 in Pawtucket with three employees. It later moved to another facility in Lincoln. Today it has more than 170 employees. About 90 members of its staff will be located in the new facilities.
