How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? We enhanced our benefits package by adding tuition reimbursement and 100% employer-paid health premiums for eligible employees. We also started a Wellness and Spirit Committee.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We have an annual family day for all staff and their families.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our workplace is filled with positivity, is mission-centered, puts people first and we like to have fun.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We offer a hybrid work schedule for our administrative positions and we have days off for employees to just take a break.
