Lisa Bisaccia has been promoted to senior vice president and chief human resources officer for CVS Caremark Corp. Bisaccia has worked to enhance compensation practices, in addition to restructuring and managing human resources since joining the company in 2004. Previously, Bisaccia held a senior human resources position with FleetBoston Financial as the head of compensation and benefits. She has a B.A. from Trinity College and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
PBN: How do you feel the role of human resources has changed over the course of your career?

PBN: What is one of the goals you hope to achieve as the new senior vice president and chief human resources officer at CVS Caremark?
BISACCIA: I am fortunate enough to have been appointed the leader of a wonderful HR organization, comprised of dedicated and effective HR leaders and practitioners who continue to make their mark on our business.
