What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Lunch is provided every Thursday. We have a monthly birthday party for the employees who have a birthday that month. We have a summer/fall outing, and a holiday party that usually consists of fun activities, a yankee swap, and food and drinks.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We have a collaborative environment. We work hard and play hard and strive to be professional but not stuffy. In a services business, our people are everything, and we treat them with respect.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We provide ergonomic setups, including stand-up desks for those who prefer them. We have healthy snacks and encourage everyone to take breaks and walks. We have offered yoga and meditation classes.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We believe that a combination of promoting internal staff and hiring team members with other experiences provides the best mixture for creativity and collaboration while maintaining our culture.
