What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? When COVID-19 restrictions lifted in 2021, we organized a companywide event at R1 Indoor Karting Inc. for go-kart racing, axe throwing and lunch together. For Memorial Day, we are closing the office early and organizing a company cookout in the office parking lot.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We made our kitchen more modernized and larger to allow employees to sit at the table or counters and converse or watch TV together while on lunch. We cater bagels and juices for breakfast and have a fridge full of free sodas for staff. We close early some Fridays before holidays for staff to get more out of their three-day weekends.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Every year BSMG holds a company charity event and the proceeds from the event go toward a meal-packing event that all staff and their friends and families participate in to pack meals for the homeless. This year, the meals will be going to families in the Ukraine.
