Bruce R. Hrovat has been named executive vice president and director of operations for Citizens Services Group, the enterprise technology and operations division of Citizens Financial Group. He will manage operations that support different banking divisions. Hrovat has B.S. degrees in economics and petroleum engineering from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio, and 20 years’ experience in the banking and petroleum industries.
