SMITHFIELD – Brian Rigley has been appointed CEO of CAI Software LLC, the company announced Friday.
Rigney succeeds company co-founder Jim McCooey, who announced his retirement after 40 years with the company. Rigney most recently served as the CEO of Zmags Inc., a provider of software-as-a-service-based platforms to help digital marketers and e-commerce professionals create and publish digital content.

CAI provides enterprise resource planning software and managed IT services to companies in the lumber and building materials, food, and precious metals industries, among others.
