What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We offer catered lunches two times a week, breakfasts, and Wacky Wednesdays. For those working at home, we provided a stipend. In addition, we host two annual events. Our summer event was held at Newport Vineyards. The event includes awards, food, beverages, games and giveaways. Expanding the fun to family members, we sponsored a Fright Fest/Six Flags family fun day in October.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? The CBIZ & MHM Great Health Program offers programs to assist our employees and their spouse/domestic partner with everything from tips on healthy diets to finding a career mentor. The program also rewards employees who take steps to improve their own health with lower health insurance rates, including an employee assistance program and a health coach program.
