How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? We are hiring more employees to help spread the workload to reduce burnout. We continue to offer firmwide outings as an outlet for employee fun, camaraderie and increased morale. We also enhanced employee appreciation by giving away raffle prizes to show support for our team and recognize contributions more frequently.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? CCK encourages the use of a free wellness application, an employee assistance program and a weekly group exercise class with a personal trainer. Our on-site wellness rooms are equipped with massage chairs, happy lights and diffusers. We augmented the office with more plants and softer lighting to provide a more comfortable environment.
