PROVIDENCE – A new restaurant featuring gluten-, nut- and soy-free items will open in College Hill this summer, taking the space of former tenant Au Bon Pain.
By Chloe will open at 223 Thayer St., according to large display signs in the windows that encourage students to “Skip the Dining Hall.”
The vegan restaurant has several locations in New York, and will have two locations soon in Boston. It is also located in Los Angeles. Providence will be its first small-city location.
