Where do you see yourself in five years? Working in a reinvigorated, evolutionary and thriving manufacturing environment in Rhode Island.
What advice would you give your 22-year-old self? You cannot control the actions of others, only your own reaction to them.
What moment changed your life more than any other? The birth of my oldest daughter was truly an eye-opening moment for me.
What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? My eagerness to learn combined with the determination (stubbornness) to never give up.
What led you to pursuing a career in your current industry? I was given an opportunity to work alongside my girlfriend’s father (now my father-in-law) at Jade on a temporary basis 14 years ago and have not looked back since. Although I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be working in this industry, the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of a small machine shop immediately caught my interest and I knew instantly I had found the right career path for me.
