Chris is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Georgetown University Law Center, has over twenty nine years of trial experience, jury and non-jury, in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers, has been a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial and Construction Panels for many years, and is a former member of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry. Chris has published extensively on construction and design issues, and is a frequent lecturer on construction law topics.
