Citizens Pay was highlighted for its cutting-edge technology, which allows flexibility in payment options for customers and deepens customer relations for merchants, the release stated.
The “buy now, pay later” point-of-sale offering launched in June 2021 and has served more than 6 million customers with $8 billion in loans originated, the release stated. More than 80 companies have partnered with Citizens to accept the point-of-sale financing option.
