What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We had partners serve breakfast as part of our Pancakes with Partners initiative. We also hold various other fun events, such as happy hours, bowling, trivia night, a Cinco de Mayo event, an administrative professional day and sweet treats.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We work hard and play hard. We also have an open-door policy at all levels and encourage employees to ask questions.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We host Mindfulness Mondays, which are meditation sessions. We also conduct presentations on mental health and hold a wellness day by providing healthy snacks to our employees.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We promote from within and the levels are clearly defined so you know what you have to do to get to the next level. We have a coach to help employees rise within our ranks.
