What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Our firm offers a variety of internal firm events, including holiday parties, an annual summer outing and post-busy season parties. We also have a variety of sports clubs, including soccer, softball and kickball teams. We kept the fun up during the pandemic and offered virtual opportunities to participate such as a movie group, book club, pet superlative booklet, etc.
What was a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) in the past 12 months? Recently our CC Empowering Diversity and Gender Equality Committee launched employee resource groups firmwide to further encourage and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
