
PROVIDENCE – The R.I. Commerce Corp. released four new ads from the “Fun-Sized” tourism campaign Wednesday.
The new 10-second ads feature The Breakers, the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular at the Roger Williams Park Zoo, the Spring House and WaterFire, all shot in the campaign’s style: A close-up scene that quick zooms out to an accelerated aerial shot of the scene’s featured locale.

On the campaign’s Vimeo page, the “Fun-Sized” ads have racked up more than 24,000 views.
Commerce RI said that the ad campaign has generated 8,874 bookings, which have resulted in roughly $3 million in hotel revenue was well as 5,891 flights, an increase from $2.6 million in hotel revenue, 5,600 booked flights and 8,400 hotel bookings reported at the end of July.
The campaign now has 22 videos available for viewing on the Commerce-developed website, VisitRhodeIsland.com. The clips highlight people enjoying various attractions, including the Alex and Ani City Center in Providence, Beavertail State Park in Jamestown, Lincoln Woods State Park, Wickford Village in North Kingstown, Yawgoo Valley Ski Area & Water Park in Exeter and other locations.
