What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We have implemented work-from-home, and safe spaces [in response to the COVID-19 pandemic] if folks do come to the office. We have provided them the option of going to client sites in a safe manner, however it is their choice.
How do you support community service work by your employees? [We support] our staff’s charitable efforts by both hosting companywide fundraisers and by making donations to charities that our team is involved in. Several of the organizations we support include the R.I. State Police Joint Cyber Task Force, Saint Edward Food and Wellness Center, Rhode Island Hospital and the Holy Family Home for Mothers and Children.
