How do you support community service work by your employees? We offer an employee appreciation program that allows you to earn points for prizes when doing community service work. We like to promote community involvement and allow paid time to complete community service.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We promote hiring within the company always first. We strive for our employees to always want more and to succeed with the company.

Quarterly social gatherings for networking and making new connections in a more relaxed environment. We provide food, drinks and prizes all while being paid to participate. Our employees love this new program.
