What is the biggest challenge currently facing your industry and how are you responding to it? Accessibility. Social-impact businesses are community-first economic strategies. And we need to ensure pathways to starting and growing impactful businesses that are inclusive and accessible, especially during a time of hostile policies that amplify discriminatory practices and beliefs. We need to break down barriers to funding, resources and leadership roles so that all entrepreneurs can bring their ideas to life and make a lasting impact.

What was your first job? Server at a restaurant in France.
What is your greatest attribute that you bring to your job? Connecting the dots and taking what the team observes and to build out a strategic vision and plan to execute on.
What is your favorite Rhode Island food or drink? Anything lobster.
What is your favorite personal activity/pastime away from the office? Camping in our little camper trailer.
What led you to pursuing a career in your current industry? I took a course and internship in India on social entrepreneurship and that piqued my interest in redefining economic development.
