Cress & Co. absorbs Young Realty staff

EAST GREENWICH – Young Realty Inc., a North Kingstown-based firm that works in Kent and Washington counties, has entered an “affiliation” with Cress & Co. Realtors. Young’s Realtors, including President Mary Ann Young and Vice President Rebecca Moniz, will join Cress & Co. in their East Greenwich office.
