What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We organize annual company retreats where everyone is invited to attend for relaxation and getting to know one another, and we hold an annual holiday party in the same spirit.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? It’s creative and cohesive because we all need each other to produce the work our clients expect. We’re also not robotic or pretentious in our approach. We care about our clients, and they recognize that.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Our health plan offers an employee assistance program, we have given staffers stress balls for tough deadlines, and we also have organized fun events, including free coffee for the month of May or an ice cream social day in the summer.

Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Those who grow with the firm often have the best chance for earning leadership roles, though we have had some outsiders join us and still be successful as well. It’s a little bit of both.
