What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Our annual firmwide retreat is always one our employees look forward to, and we are now hosting regional get-togethers to better connect colleagues across our seven-state footprint. Upcoming activities include attending plays and sporting events, and Topgolf outings.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is one that is pretty tight-knit. Our attorneys and support staff routinely work across practice areas, giving us a chance to build the chemistry and camaraderie that provides clients with the best legal services possible.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? Aside from having a committee dedicated to wellness, we offer hybrid work schedules to all employees and we continue taking steps to ensure that workloads are balanced across members of our departments.
