CRANSTON – Customers needing to conduct in-person transactions at the R.I. Division of Motor Vehicles July 5-17 will need to secure a reservation for service through the new Customer Reservations Portal by visiting the DMV website, dmv.ri.gov, the division announced June 26. The reservation program will be in use while DMV upgrades its computer system.
