How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We have a hybrid work model for functions that can work remotely. Shift pay differentials, annual bonus opportunities for all employees and employee engagement programming are offered throughout the year.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We hold lab week celebrations, contests, meals served by senior leadership, raffles and wellness events.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? High-quality, growth-oriented, fast-paced and information-driven.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? We try to promote from within wherever possible. Hiring the right people is hard, so when there is a chance to promote an existing, qualified employee that has a strong performance track record, it builds retention and fosters career ladders.
