PROVIDENCE – Adjusted general revenue for December was $30.2 million, or 7.9 percent, below the revised estimate adopted at the November 2018 Revenue Estimating Conference, the R.I. Department of Revenue reported Jan. 23. The lottery transfer revised estimate of $399.6 million includes $11.5 million of estimated revenues from legalizing sports betting in Rhode Island. Adjusted
