PBN 40 UNDER FORTY 2020 AWARD WINNER Dwayne Keys, 39 | Senior financial coach, Compass Working Capital
How has COVID-19 impacted your work-life balance? Before its arrival, I would be at a different location every day to provide financial coaching to clients at different locations. Now that Compass is providing phone and virtual appointments for safety while all employees are working from home, I now have a consistent work schedule allowing me to incorporate more self-care while at the same time still be involved virtually with my other volunteer activities.
