Farm Fresh R.I. to host farm-to-school gathering FARM FRESH RHODE ISLAND is bringing together local farmers and K-12 food service organizations to help reinvigorate “farm-to-school” efforts across cafeterias statewide. Food service professionals from Aramark, Chartwells and Sodexo, representing school districts across the state, will gather with representatives from Rhode Island farms that are either selling their produce to school cafeterias or are ready to start doing so.

Discussing Incoterms BRYANT UNIVERSITY’S CHAFEE CENTER for International Business is hosting a seminar called “Incoterms 2020 and Landed Cost.” Incoterms, or international commercial terms, are a series of predefined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce relating to international commercial law. Poetry with Adam Falkner MOUNT PLEASANT LIBRARY is hosting an evening of performance poetry featuring Adam Falkner, who offers a new portrait of the journey into queerhood and masculinity in America in his first full-length collection, “The Willies.” Falkner, a poet, educator and arts and culture strategist, is the author of “Adoption,” winner of the 2017 Diode Editions Chapbook Award.
