Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Elite has made adjustments to keep everyone able to work, but at a safe distance. Changes have been made to allow employees to work from home if their position allows for it. To keep everyone safe, physical therapists are doing telehealth appointments from home, and a call center was created to allow patient coordinators to work from their homes answering phones and servicing patients.

Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Promoting existing staff is a great way to improve the ambition of employees and heighten their enthusiasm for reaching their goals and the goals of the organization. Those highly productive employees can lead the way, sharing their knowledge with their successors.

What was a new employee benefit or initiative in the past 12 months? Recently, Elite enhanced its policy for staff members needing physical therapy. As and additional employee benefit, 12 free courtesy physical therapy visits were added per calendar year.
