How has COVID-19 impacted your work-life balance? I had my son March 11, the very same week as the pandemic really took hold and the stay-at-home orders came into effect. So, upon returning to work [back in] June, the adjustment has been so much different than I expected. My husband and I are figuring out how to work in shifts while sharing responsibilities with the baby and our toddler, enjoying the abundance of time together, all the while maintaining expected performance at our respective jobs.
