Elizabeth Manchester is Chair of the Nonprofit Practice at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, where she advises mission-driven organizations across the full lifecycle – from formation to growth, governance, and transition. Her practice focuses on tax-exempt compliance, charitable gift planning, and practical governance strategies that help organizations operate effectively and sustainably.
Liz counsels nonprofit leaders and boards on fiduciary duties, board education, bylaws and policy development, endowment and financial oversight, Form 990 reporting, and strategic affiliations.
