What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We conduct small group trainings in discussions on building emotional intelligence and resilience. Additionally, we will begin this quarter offering a similar program in understanding and responding to difficult emotions such as anxiety.

What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We established a couple of years ago an initiative that includes dedicated staff to advance diversity and equity at Embrace. The initiative has not only led to a more diverse workforce but consequently a more capable management team.

How do you support community service work by your employees? Besides celebrating our company’s anniversary each year with a week of companywide participation in community service, we pay employees for up to 100 hours of community service per year.
