What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? EMC team members receive a bank of “Pandemic Sick Leave” equal to the number of hours regularly worked in two weeks. This leave will be paid at 100% of the team member’s regular salary and can be used during 2020. Team members are entitled to use Pandemic Sick Leave if the team member is unable to work, including being unable to work from home.
Does your company offer employees work-from-home options? Yes. Work-from-home arrangements are available to eligible team members, as not all positions are suitable to work from home. For example, jobs that require face-to-face contact or specialty equipment only available in the office setting.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Team members are afforded and encouraged to use paid time, either individually or as a team, to volunteer for our local charitable organizations.
