What three words best describe your staff? Innovative, caring, creative.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Envision regularly hosts quarterly staff events such as group lunches and challenges that have included: inflatable-axe throwing; cupcake decorating; paper airplane construction and flying; popsicle-stick bridge building and demolition; Nerf Wars; and trivia. We also host an annual summer outing that has ranged in variety from staff and family trips to Six Flags and Block Island to renting out the occasional drive-in movie theater.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We focus on our core values, which are to have fun, be the best at what we do and make a positive impact on our staff, clients and community.
Do you have a preference for promoting existing staff or hiring from outside and why? Envision prefers to promote from within our organization. We hire for attitude and aptitude and focus on creating an environment for employees to grow their technical skills.
