What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We do various company outings, such as hockey games, kite flying, BBQs and in-office games.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We offer self-directed paid time off. It allows our employees peace of mind when planning time off as needed and not having to worry about saving some for an emergency.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We allow each employee four hours per year during their work hours so they can volunteer for a charity of their choosing.
