How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We innovate through our proprietary intranet and artificial intelligence robotics for process efficiency. To combat burnout, we offer hybrid schedules and an open-door policy. Employees receive four weeks’ paid time off to recharge.
What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We host biannual meetings that include social events such as parties and dinners. During the summers, we grill by the beach and play cornhole. Throughout the year we celebrate holidays, team accomplishments, or events such as March Madness.
