How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is the most important part of our organization. As a family-owned business, tight-knit values are central and remain strong despite our growth to more than 150 employees. We encourage one another, celebrate each other’s successes and genuinely care about each other. People are our most important asset.

How do you support community service work by your employees? Giving back is of integral importance to our staff and an entire company philosophy: We Give a FIG (FIG = Falvey Insurance Group) is something we live by and is our commitment to philanthropic partnerships and community involvement. Each year, our employees dedicate volunteer hours and provide goods to local charities. We also created our own annual golf tournament, with all the proceeds going to charity.
