BOSTON – First Trade Union Bank, which has offices in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York, has added an SBA-lending division.
Anina Butler was named vice president of SBA lending and will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new customers in New England and New York. Butler previously was a vice president of senior business development at Popular Small Business Capital, a division of Banco Popular North America.
She specializes in U.S. Small Business Administration financing under the 7a and 504 programs. She said her focus will be on assisting business acquisitions, refinancing, real estate, equipment purchases, startup business, and business succession.
