Congress voted to delay the nationwide shutoff of analog TV signals, which had been scheduled for Feb. 17, until June 12 after problems including a lack of coupons to subsidize analog-to-digital converter boxes.

A number of local stations have already shut off their analog signals. Full Channel said its Limited Basic tier offers all the local broadcast stations.
