PROVIDENCE – Gilbane Development Co. announced Tuesday that it has hired former president and chief operating officer of the R.I. Commerce Corp. Darin Early as its managing director of public-private partnerships operating out of the company’s Providence office.
“Darin brings an impressive resume with strong leadership skills and history of successful transaction structuring,” said Ed Broderick, president and CEO of Gilbane Development Co., in a statement. “His experience in planning and structuring complex real estate development and investments will allow us to expand our capacity to partner with private-sector clients to deliver innovative public-private partnerships.”
