How would you describe the culture of your workplace? A family. As one of the oldest family-owned companies in the state, we consider all our employees to be part of the Gilbane family.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We provide fresh fruit to our employees twice per week and have also built a wellness room, where an employee can spend a few minutes decompressing. Also, there’s a daily “stretch and flex” session in the workday to share ideas and do stretching.
