WARREN – Grace Barker Nursing Center and The Willows has changed its name to Grace Barker Health, Mark and Mary Beth Lescault, owners of the short-term rehabilitation, assisted living and adult day provider announced last week.

“We are not just a nursing home, just an assisted living, just an adult day and just a short-term rehab provider,” Mark said. “We are a provider of all of those services on one campus. Our new name explains the continuum of services – as our patients’ needs change, we can change with them.”

The organization also changed the name of its nursing center to the Cove at Grace Barker and changed the name of The Willows to The Willows at Grace Barker.

The organization also revealed a new logo.

“Nothing is changing except for our name and logo. This identifies us from other long-term care providers, and helps to instantly identify us as an all-encompassing provider,” Mark said.

Grace Barker Health was founded as the Grace Barker Nursing Home in 1966 by Mary Beth’s mother, Linda Machado.
