What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We provide more than 30 employee engagement activities, ranging from dress-down days and birthday breakfasts to the annual holiday party. We do impromptu activities such as bringing in food trucks for lunch or having an ice cream truck visit on a hot day.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We enhanced our “wellness program” by providing our employees with an annual health care screening by outside professionals. We provided standing desks for employees wishing to stand more at work. Our financial wellness program was enhanced with classes for employees nearing retirement.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. In response to a horrific car crash involving two employees, the staff formed a Meal-Train program, organized hospital visits and did fundraising for the families. Many staff members received additional compensation for taking on extra work and responsibilities to support our team.
