How do you support community service work by your employees? Our employees are encouraged to volunteer their time serving on boards of local nonprofits. We provide paid time off for our employees to volunteer for nonprofits of their choice, or as teams to serve our local community.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. We introduced an online “peer-to-peer” recognition program that rewards employees with points that are exchanged for gifts and prizes. We also added a new paid time off day for employees to recognize their birthdays.
