GTECH promotes health and wellness among its employees through employee health fairs, a national physical activity challenge, and free flu shots for all employees. In addition, employees have access to free monthly blood pressure screenings in its Rhode Island offices.

The lottery giant was also the first company in Rhode Island to include six visits to a nutritionist in its employee benefits program. These visits provide employees with information on how to eat well and maintain healthy lifestyles. GTECH aids in this by providing more healthy choices in its vending machines and cafeterias.
