Since Gov. Gina M. Raimondo took office in January 2015, the unemployment rate in Rhode Island has gone from 6.6 percent to 4 percent at its last reading in August. (During her predecessor Gov. Lincoln D. Chafee’s term, the jobless rate went from 11 percent to 6.7 percent.)
There is no question that more people are working in Rhode Island than when Gov. Raimondo was inaugurated. The question is, has your company been one of the enterprises that has added to its workforce during her term?
