What support programs has your company offered employees to help cope with the COVID-19 pandemic? Providing employees with the tools and ability to work remotely from the outset of the pandemic has given them a sense of financial security and personal safety. In many cases, it meant providing the necessary technology, a change to numerous policies and workflows, and the modification of certain job responsibilities to meet the needs of our employees.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our employees have a long history of working collaboratively in a team environment to tackle problems together and support the needs of their colleagues and our clients. This type of environment drives employee engagement and has a direct impact on employee happiness and satisfaction.

What role does diversity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We actively recruit, hire, develop and work to retain employees from a wide variety of backgrounds, and have an active diversity and inclusion committee that guides these efforts and measures progress.
