Hobbs Brook Management Unveils Rebirth Of Former Insurance Co. Headquarters
Providence, Rhode Island – Tuesday, July 9, 2013: Hobbs Brook Management and Hayes & Sherry, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member, recently held a walk-through event showcasing what will be a major overhaul to the current facility located at 1301 Atwood Avenue in Johnston, RI, formally the offices for FM Global. Cushman & Wakefield | Hayes & Sherry will be the Commercial Broker representing the property for the owner, Hobbs Brook Management LLC which has already begun the renovation project.
The facility will be undergoing a $60 plus million dollar renovation to be completed for occupancy in the fall of 2014. The project consists of a complete remodel of the buildings exterior with new glass curtain wall and metal panels, new roof, state-of-the-art data connectivity and an installation of all new HVAC and electrical systems. Margulies Perruzzi Architects have been hired to lead the design process and Dimeo Construction has been hired as the Construction Manager.
